1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and baub88 ("the Company", "baub88", "we", "our", "us"), governing your use of the baub88 online betting and casino platform accessible at baub88.club and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related services (collectively, "the Platform").

baub88 operates an online platform offering sports betting, live casino games, slot machine games, and speciality games including fishing and arcade-style titles. The Platform is designed to serve players based in Bangladesh and all monetary amounts on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) unless otherwise stated.

By completing the registration process and creating a baub88 account, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by all of its provisions. This Agreement is effective from the date of your account registration or, if you access the Platform without registering, from the date of your first access.

baub88 reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address or mobile number associated with your registered account. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. It is the Player's responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

2. Eligibility

Use of the baub88 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are met and continue to be met at all times during your use of the Platform:

• Age: You are at least 18 years of age. baub88 operates a strict 18+ policy and does not permit any individual under the age of 18 to register, deposit, wager, or access any feature of the Platform. Age verification checks are conducted at registration and may be repeated at any point during a Player's use of the Platform. Failure to pass an age verification check will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
• Legal Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You are not subject to any legal disability, court order, or other restriction that would prevent you from entering into contracts under the laws of Bangladesh or any other applicable jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You do not currently hold, and have not previously held, a baub88 account that has been suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms & Conditions. Each individual player is permitted to hold one registered account on the baub88 Platform at any given time. Operating multiple accounts is a material breach of this Agreement.
• Own Identity: You are registering and playing under your own true identity. You are not acting on behalf of, or as an agent for, any third party. Accounts registered in a false name or on behalf of another individual are prohibited.
• Not a Excluded Person: You are not a self-excluded person who has requested exclusion from the baub88 Platform or from online gambling services more broadly. Self-excluded players who attempt to circumvent exclusion measures and re-register are in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Own Funds: All funds deposited and wagered on the baub88 Platform are legally owned by you and are not derived from illegal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful source.

baub88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of baub88 services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and any other information requested by the registration form. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration is a breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

3.2 Account Verification

baub88 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with industry standards. You may be required to verify your identity before making a withdrawal or at any other point determined by baub88 at its sole discretion. Verification documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, or other government-issued identification. Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., confirmation that the registered bKash or Nagad number belongs to you) may also be required.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. baub88 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify baub88 immediately via live chat or at [email protected]. baub88 will take immediate steps to secure the account upon receiving such notification.

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account. If baub88 identifies that a player holds multiple accounts — whether registered under the same or different names — baub88 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any pending bets or withdrawals associated with those accounts, and permanently ban the player from the Platform. Any winnings generated through duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

baub88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. baub88 reserves the right to add, modify, or withdraw accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable processing agreements.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified within the baub88 cashier interface at the time of each transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change. baub88 does not charge internal fees on standard bKash and Nagad transactions, however third-party payment providers may apply their own charges which are outside baub88's control.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

baub88 targets the following withdrawal processing times, measured from the point of baub88's internal approval of the withdrawal request: bKash and Nagad — within 10 minutes; Rocket and Upay — within 30 minutes; local bank transfers — within 30 minutes during standard banking hours. These timelines are targets rather than guarantees. Delays may occur where additional verification is required, where there is a technical issue with the payment provider, or where a transaction is flagged for review. All withdrawal amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been used by the Player for a prior deposit on their baub88 account, or to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the Player through the KYC process. baub88 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods that are not registered in the Player's own name. Where a bonus has been credited to a Player's account, withdrawal of those funds may be subject to wagering requirements as detailed in Section 5 of this Agreement.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility & Claiming

baub88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. By claiming any bonus or participating in any promotion on the baub88 Platform, you agree to the bonus-specific terms in addition to this Agreement. Where there is a conflict between bonus-specific terms and this Agreement, the bonus-specific terms will prevail with respect to that bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable bonus terms, all bonuses credited to a Player's account are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the bonus offer documentation. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for the bonus. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the validity period will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from the bonus being forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

baub88 operates a zero-tolerance policy in respect of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: claiming a welcome offer multiple times, whether through multiple account registrations or through any technical exploit; placing bets on low-variance outcomes solely to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk; and coordinating with other players to systematically extract bonus value. Where bonus abuse is identified, baub88 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and all associated winnings, and may permanently restrict the Player's account.

5.4 Promotional Integrity

All baub88 promotions — including seasonal offers aligned to the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and Independence Day — are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Promotional odds enhancements, free bets, and cashback offers are non-transferable and hold no cash value until wagering requirements (where applicable) have been fulfilled.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

baub88 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet placed on the Platform at its sole discretion and without being required to provide a reason. A bet is considered accepted only once a confirmation reference has been issued to the Player by the Platform. Bets placed in error by a Player, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a pricing error, may be voided by baub88 at its discretion.

6.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or human error that results in an incorrect price being displayed or a game being resolved incorrectly, baub88 reserves the right to void the affected bets or games and to refund stakes to the affected Players. baub88's decision in respect of the settlement of any contested bet or game round is final once all relevant evidence has been reviewed. The Company shall not be liable for any loss arising from system downtime or technical errors that are outside its reasonable control.

6.3 Sports Betting Specific Rules

Cricket betting markets — covering the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Indian Premier League (IPL), ICC events, T20 internationals, and bilateral series involving Bangladesh — are governed by the specific market rules applicable to each event type. These rules are accessible within the baub88 sports betting interface. In general: matches abandoned without a result will have all markets voided and stakes returned; reduced-over matches will be settled according to DLS-adjusted results where applicable; and in-play bets accepted after a stated event (e.g., a wicket or boundary) may be voided if it is determined that the event had already occurred at the time of bet placement.

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You must not: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the baub88 Platform without prior written consent; use any automated tool or script to scrape, index, or extract data from the Platform; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any software component of the Platform; or use the baub88 brand name or logo in any way that could imply an endorsement or affiliation not authorised in writing by baub88.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, baub88 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits;
• Any loss arising from a technical malfunction, server downtime, or interruption of internet connectivity that is outside the reasonable control of baub88;
• Any unauthorised access to a Player's account where the Player has failed to maintain adequate account security in accordance with Section 3.3 of this Agreement;
• Any reliance placed by a Player on any information, odds, or game outcome displayed on the Platform where such information was affected by a technical error that has been subsequently identified and corrected by baub88;
• Any dispute between a Player and a third-party payment provider, including delays, errors, or losses arising from bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking payment processing systems that are not within baub88's direct control.

Nothing in this Agreement limits baub88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Account Termination & Suspension

baub88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or misuse of the Platform;
• Suspected multi-accounting or bonus abuse as described in Sections 3.4 and 5.3;
• Failure to pass age verification or KYC checks within the requested timeframe;
• Threatening, abusive, or offensive behaviour directed at baub88 staff or other players;
• Use of any software, algorithm, or tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the Player without prior engagement with baub88 support.

Upon account closure for a breach of these Terms & Conditions, baub88 reserves the right to withhold the balance of any funds held in the account pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a material breach, funds may be forfeited. Where no material breach is confirmed, the Player's verified balance will be returned to their registered payment method.

A Player who wishes to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure does not affect any pending withdrawal requests that were submitted prior to the closure request.

12. Changes to These Terms

baub88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material changes to this Agreement will be communicated to registered Players via the contact details held on file (mobile number or email address). The amended Agreement will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

If you do not agree with any amended version of these Terms & Conditions, you must stop using the Platform and, if you wish to close your account, contact the support team. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
